Design

Lighting That's Layered with Intention

A property lit from one direction reads flat. We layer it: uplights for depth on the oaks and the architecture, downlights set high in the canopy for a softer spread across the ground, and low path and step lighting that handles footing without turning the walkway into a runway.

Operation

Responsive and Self-Reliant

Sunset shifts by hours between June and December here, so a fixed on-off time is wrong most of the year. Your system tracks the actual sunset instead, and we adjust it seasonally so the lights come up when you want them rather than an hour late.
