Project Information

One of the largest residential redevelopments in the French Quarter, this project’s goal was to create both intimate and shared spaces. A series of individual courtyards flow into a common courtyard, all designed to replicate the old-world ambiance of this famous destination. The shared swimming pool and fountain are surrounded by lush landscaping and hardscape accents that mirror traditional French Quarter design. Large palm trees and clumping bamboo create privacy. LED landscaping lighting adds nighttime charm to these elegant homes.
